Graphite Ceramic Foam Filters
Ferro Fanavaran Ceram manufactures high-performance graphite ceramic foam filters designed for the filtration of molten aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous alloys. Manufactured from a combination of high-quality graphite and ceramic materials, these filters feature a three-dimensional interconnected open-cell structure that effectively removes non-metallic inclusions, oxides, and entrapped gases from molten metal.
Their excellent thermal stability, thermal shock resistance, and chemical durability ensure reliable performance under demanding foundry conditions, resulting in cleaner molten metal, improved casting quality, and reduced production defects.
